1. PREAMBLE
“Asylum PhytoPharma” is committed to conducting its business with honesty, integrity, transparency, and fairness. This Code of Ethics establishes the standards of professional conduct expected from the Company, it’s Directors, Employees, Direct Sellers/Distributors, Stockists, Franchisees, and all persons associated with the Organization’s direct selling business.
The objective of this Code is to:
- Protect consumers and distributors.
- Promote ethical direct selling practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws of India.
- Maintain the reputation of “Asylum PhytoPharma.”
- Prevent unfair trade practices.
Every person associated with the Company shall strictly comply with this Cod

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
Every Distributor and Employee shall comply with:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021
- Drugs and Cosmetics laws (where applicable)
- Food Safety laws (where applicable)
- Income Tax laws
- GST laws
- Advertising regulations
- All other applicable laws of India
Ignorance of law shall not be treated as an excuse.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PYRAMID SCHEMES
“Asylum PhytoPharma” strictly prohibits:
- Pyramid Schemes
- Money Circulation Schemes
- Chain Marketing without sale of genuine products
- Payment for recruitment alone
- Any unlawful business practice
Income shall always be based primarily on the sale of products and permissible compensation under the Company's Compensation Plan.
6. HONEST REPRESENTATION
Distributors shall:
- Provide truthful information.
- Explain products honestly.
- Present accurate pricing.
- Explain refund policies correctly.
- Explain the Compensation Plan accurately.
No Distributor shall:
- Mislead customers.
- Conceal material facts.
- Make exaggerated claims.
- Create unrealistic expectations.
7. PRODUCT CLAIMS
No Distributor shall claim that any product:
- Cures diseases
- Prevents diseases unless legally approved
- Replaces medical treatment
- Is guaranteed to work for every individual
Only Company-approved literature, brochures, and promotional material may be used.
8. INCOME CLAIMS
No Distributor shall:
- Promise guaranteed income.
- Promise financial freedom.
- Claim fixed monthly earnings.
- Display fake income.
- Misrepresent bonuses.
Income depends upon individual effort, sales performance, and compliance with Company policies.
9. RESPONSIBLE RECRUITMENT
Recruitment shall always be ethical.
No person shall:
- Pressure others to join.
- Mislead prospects.
- Recruit minors.
- Recruit through false promises.
- Demand joining fees except those approved by the Company.
Participation shall always remain voluntary.
10. FAIR DEALING WITH CONSUMERS
Every customer shall be treated with dignity.
Distributors shall:
- Respect customer privacy.
- Provide complete product information.
- Provide invoices.
- Explain return policies.
- Respond politely.
- Maintain confidentiality.
11. FAIR DEALING WITH DISTRIBUTORS
Every Distributor deserves:
- Equal opportunity
- Respect
- Non-discrimination
- Transparent compensation
- Fair grievance handling
Harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited.
12. ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Only Company-approved promotional materials shall be used.
Distributors shall not:
- Publish misleading advertisements.
- Use fake testimonials.
- Purchase fake reviews.
- Defame competitors.
- Use manipulated before-and-after photographs.
- Misuse the Company logo or trademarks.
All social media communications must be truthful and responsible.
13. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Members shall avoid situations where personal interests conflict with Company interests.
Any potential conflict must be disclosed immediately.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential information including:
- Customer data
- Distributor database
- Compensation details
- Pricing strategy
- Training material
- Business plans
shall not be disclosed without authorization.
15. DATA PRIVACY
Personal information shall be collected only for legitimate business purposes and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Unauthorized disclosure is prohibited.
16. FAIR COMPETITION
Members shall:
- Compete honestly.
- Respect competitors.
- Avoid false comparisons.
- Avoid disparaging other companies.
Competition shall be based on product quality and service.
17. ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION
No person shall:

20. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Consumers and Distributors may submit complaints through:

- Grievance Officer
Complaints shall be handled fairly, promptly, and confidentially.
Retaliation against complainants is prohibited.
21. REPORTING ETHICAL VIOLATIONS
Every member has a duty to report:
